Thank you for shopping with The Gasbh. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our return and refund policy is here to assist you:
Return and Cancellation Conditions:

Cancellation of Orders:
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped from The Gasbh's warehouse.
- Cancellation requests will incur a 10% deduction of the transaction value as a Payment Gateway processing and service fee.
- No cancellations are allowed once the order has been shipped.
- Custom orders and products purchased during sales or using discount codes cannot be canceled.
- If an exception is made at the discretion of The Gasbh, two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- For part payment orders, the advance amount will be considered as cancellation charges.

Returns and Conditions:
- Returns are accepted only for defective products. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be provided.
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or defective product, including proof (images or videos).
- Do not accept products with damaged or tampered packaging.
- Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all original price tags, labels, and invoices.
- Returns should be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Products damaged post-delivery will not be accepted for return unless an exception is made, in which case a 10% cancellation charge and transportation charges for both sides will apply.
Non-returnable and Non-refundable Conditions:

- Customized products
- Products sold during sales or with discount codes
- Gift cards

Non-refundable Situations:
- Products damaged due to misuse or incidental damage not reported immediately
- Products not returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Products without the original box and packaging from the manufacturer
Return Process:

Initiating a Return:
- Contact our customer support team at help.thegasbh@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- The Gasbh will arrange for the product to be picked up from your doorstep if reverse pickup is available in your area.
- If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product or dispose of it according to our instructions.

Return Pickup:
- Reverse pickup requests will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your request.
- Reverse pickup may take 7-10 working days.
Refund Conditions:

Processing Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product in acceptable condition.
- Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.
- Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the card used.
- Net banking payments will be credited back to the bank account.
- Payments made with The Gasbh Gift Certificates/Vouchers will be refunded as a new Gift Certificate/Voucher.
- Payments made through other modes will be refunded either via an account payee cheque or an online transfer via NEFT.

Additional Refund Information:
- Please follow up with your bank or card issuer after we process your refund to confirm the receipt of funds.
- In case of cheque refunds, additional time may be required for shipping the cheque to you.
- For wallet credit purchases, the used credits will be reimbursed to your wallet.
Exceptional Circumstances:

Delay in Delivery:
- In some circumstances, products may be delayed by up to 180 days. No refund will be issued during this period.

Damage During Transit:
- All products are insured during transit. In case of damage, share images and videos of the damaged product within 24-48 hours of delivery to start the insurance process.
- Requests for replacement or return after 48 hours may be rejected. If accepted, the customer will bear transportation charges for both sides.
